Hope in Zimbabwe

Update from Turkey

This weekend the Crisis Response Team have been back to Hatay, Turkey to provide the next level of support to orphaned and vulnerable children we made contact with during our first and second deployments.

Cyclone Idai- Chimanimani Update

Cyclone Idai Follow Up

Our Crisis Response Team deployed to Chimanimani, Zimbabwe in March 2019 following Cyclone Idai. Whilst there, the team identified children who had been orphaned by the disaster. Some of them attended Ngangu Primary School and some Chimanimani Secondary School, which is next door.

The next stage is to connect them to a long-term care structure and where this is NOT possible, we promise to create a care structure for them - so that they can be cared for.
