Running with Purpose!

His application tugged on our heart strings as he explained his passion for helping people, his love for Uganda and his dream to run the London Marathon.

It’s been wonderful to watch him train and prepare for this big day as well as his fundraising page total continually going up and up. Sunday was the big day and we had the biggest beaming smiles on our faces as we watched him cross the finish line in the hottest ever recorded London Marathon.

He did such a great job and maintained his wonderfully positive attitude throughout the run.

James completely smashed his £2000 target raising DOUBLE the amount he set out to raise. Thank you to every single person who donated to support James, your donation will help us massively to keep children warm, safe, healthy and learning. What’s really great about it is that 100% of the money we receive will be spent on helping the children through our projects and not a penny will be used for UK core admin. I hope this helps to reassure donors that their hard earned cash will be used to make an impact in people’s lives.
