Moldova, We're Back!
They’ve arrived! Despite the long journey, alongside a few hold ups along the way, our team have finally made it safely to Moldova.
The team will be staying in Moldova for a week to help with the clothing distribution of all your lovely donations. They have began sorting through the current stocks whilst eagerly awaiting the arrival of the lorry containing the aid we sent all the way from Nottingham! We are so happy to see this dream team in action.
After a very busy first day, the first van is fully packed with all essential items to keep children warm and cozy this winter. This first load will be going to a village to help foster families and their children. Taking the aid right to them makes it so much easier for those we are helping.
The distribution center is now in great shape for the next load to arrive. The lorry was expected to arrive on the first day, however it got delayed. Although there was a delay with the lorry, this meant that our team could get a step ahead with organizing, and even preparing, this packing list for specific children we are helping. This just goes to show that there’s always a silver lining!
