We're Just Getting Started
After a hard-working and tiring day, the team felt rewarded knowing that their first distribution had been a success. However, they did not stop there as they dove straight into their next distribution the following day filled with confidence and ready for a challenge.
Their next distribution was much bigger than their first - this time, they were operating at a school! Our team did a fantastic job as they approached the day with big smiles and worked together to ensure that the distribution process was smooth-sailing and easy. Many children were able to receive warm coats, cozy blankets and everyday essentials all thanks to your kind donations and the hard work of our fabulous team.
In the afternoon, the team went into the community to provide some warm winter clothing and blankets to the children. Although it is warm there right now, winter is just around the corner and in Eastern Europe, the winter months are below zero degrees for months! We hope these gifts of warmth will help make a difference - they have definitely brought smiles to the children’s faces.
To everyone who donated and supported our Ukraine appeal, we cannot thank you guys enough. Without your support, we would not be able to make any of this possible and to see the smiles on so many children’s faces is extremely worthwhile. As you can see, these donations are hugely appreciated. We are always very aware that we couldn’t do what we do without you all. Your generosity and trust in us is not ever taken for granted.
